What is an RSS newsfeed?

RSS (Really Simple Syndication) is a family of Web feed formats for distributing news, blog entries, headlines and podcasts. An RSS feed automatically checks for current materials, so you don't have to repeatedly check a site yourself for updates. Subscribing to Fibrocell Sciences' RSS feed provides news directly to you in a format that best meets your needs. The RSS Terms of Use govern your use of this RSS service. The syndicated feeds are provided in RSS 2.0 format.

How do I use RSS?

To subscribe to the Fibrocell Sciences' RSS newsfeed, you will need an RSS reader (aggregator). An RSS aggregator can be a stand-alone application, or a plug-in for another program you already use, such as Microsoft Outlook. Some web browsers, such as Firefox and Safari RSS, have RSS readers built in. There are also online aggregators, websites such as My Yahoo or Bloglines that allow you to customize them by adding RSS feeds. To use an RSS feed in your news reader/aggregator:

1. Select the "Get Link" item below and copy the URL of the browser window that opens.
2. Paste the URL into your news aggregator.
